Weeks ago I shared how I made my own Apple Blossom Sprays.
I realized I never shared where these pretty arrangements ended up.
I thought I would join Marty's party this week and show you the Spring mantle in case I update it for Easter.
This is our living room mantel and I decided after moving those
big urns several times that this was the perfect spot for them.
This mantel is hugely long and very difficult for me to decorate at times.
The middle little piece is a crown placed on a silver footed tray with a little Dollar Store Bird that I painted white sitting in a little nest of spanish moss.
Here in Colorado the tress have not blossomed yet. Dandelions yes, but not the trees-
I love the old dictionary I picked up for $5.00 at the Library Sale
(thank you Linda for setting it aside for me!)
I love ironstone vases and this is also one of my favorites
I never know if I should display things on the mirror shelves or is so what to display there.
Any Ideas?
I gave my Garage sale urns an update several years ago with
a super easy technique. Here is the tute is you would like to try it.

Kay and her daughters have a blog, and Website ,where they sell their adorable dresses along with their own specialty teas, lip balms and Body care products that are all natural.
I would love for all my great blogging friends to do me a

Mary, thank you for visiting my blog yesterday and for your well wishes about my trio of broken bones! You have a lovely blog! A beautiful home too, and love that ruffled tote!

Mary Ellen, the urns are beautiful on your mantle. I love urns and your white ones and bigger ones look wonderful together. You could put smaller urns on the mirror shelves if you want to! hugs♥olive
Oh Mary Ellen it's gorgeous! I do think that mantels are notoriously hard to do well, and yours is especially so because it IS so large. But it looks GREAT girlfriend!! How about a couple of cloches with birds nests inside for the shelves? *winks* Vanna
Sure, go right ahead! Thanks for visiting.

Hi Mary I'm your newest follower, getting you that much closer to the BIG 600! I'm working on getting to the BIG 100 myself. lol
I love your blog, I feel so connected to you in several ways.
I am a sister in Christ AND we seem to love a lot of the same things.
My daughter gifted me that same crown last year when I spotted it at a boutique. Guess what? I also have it sitting on a round silver tray with moss and a Dollar Tree bird I painted. OMGosh, I wouldn't kid you! Maybe I'll include it in a post just so you can see that it's true. Crazy huh? Anyway, I'm glad I found you and I look forward to visiting again.
Have a wonderful Sunday,
Irma

Gorgeous mantle! Btw, I'm your newest follower :) You've got so much creativity going on in your blog so can you please share them with us at the Creative Bloggers' Party & Hop?
This is a combination of linky party (where we can show off our
creations) and of blog hop (where we can follow as many excellent
bloggers as we like), hence the name Creative Bloggers' Party & Hop. It's a great way to meet awesome creative bloggers like you and increase your followers in the process.
All you have to do is 1) link up whatever creative post you'd like to share - can be a DIY project, decor, photography, crafts, recipes, poem, thrift finds, tips, or that informative syndicated post that can make us laugh, or cry - in short, whatever you're proud of! 2) Then follow as many blogs as your heart desires, preferably starting first
with the one before you and after you, and leave a comment to them
that you're doing so.
You’re not required to include the party button but if you’re so inclined to display it in your blog or your post, you’re very much welcome to do so :)
